PURPOSE: A plating/painting steel sheet is provided to prevent a plating layer from becoming formed on one side since a painting layer whose main component is silicon polyester epoxy resin is be formed on the side of a steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A plating/painting steel sheet comprises a plating layer and a painting layer. The plating layer is formed on one side. The painting layer is formed on the other side. The painting layer comprises silicon polyester epoxy resin, butylate melamine resin, black pigment, mica, silica components. The thickness of the painting layer is 2~10μm. Paint forming the painting layer comprises silicon polyester epoxy resin of 30~55part by weight, butylate melamine resin of 5~15part by weight, iron oxide black pigment of 10~30part by weight, mica of 5~15part by weight, silica of 1~5part by weight, poly acrylate resin of 0.3~2part by weight, and solvent, for 100 part by weight.
