PURPOSE: A waste-heat recovering device for recovering heat from a process device is provided to supply hot water to external unit or supply it to a steam generating unit on the outer circumferential part of a process device to convert it to steam. CONSTITUTION: A waste-heat recovering device for recovering heat from a process device comprises a hot-water generating unit(20), and a steam generating unit(30). The hot-water generating unit is arranged on one side of the body of the process device which radiate waste heat. The hot-water generating unit makes water supplied from the outside flow and heats the water with heat radiated from the body(10) of a calcining furnace. The steam generating unit is arranged on the other side of the body of the process device. The steam generating unit heats hot water supplied from the hot-water generating unit with heat radiated from the body of the process device to convert it to steam.
