The antenna (2) has a receiver circuit in a form of a single turn loop, and another receiver circuit in a form of eight two-turn loops. A third receiver circuit is in a form of three-turn loop with a median turn arranged between external turns. The three receiver circuits are superimposed with each other. The three receiver circuits comprise a same longitudinal symmetry axis (X) and a same transverse symmetry axis. Electronic and/or informatics processing unit processes signals emitted by a ground beacon (1) during crossing by the antenna. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a railway vehicle spatial and temporal localization arrangement comprising a ground beacon with a transmitting circuit for transmitting electromagnetic signal (2) a method for locating a railway vehicle along a railway track.
