PURPOSE: An apparatus for collecting excrements of a pet is provided to prevent environmental contamination by reducing soil contamination due to excrements of a pet. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for collecting excrements of a pet comprises a collecting case(110), a bad smell back flow preventing plate(120), and a storage(130). The collecting case is formed so that an envelope can be discharged and includes an entrance(112) and a path(113). In the entrance, excrements contained in the envelope are inserted. Through the path, the excrements contained in the envelope are dropped. The bad smell back flow preventing plate forms the collecting case in the path. In one side of the storage, an excrements collection unit(131) is formed.
