PURPOSE: A cold and hot water supply system is provided to circulate and reuse the water remaining in a circulation pipe through a heating heat exchanger, thereby saving water. CONSTITUTION: A cold and hot water supply system comprises a standing cold water supply pipe(10) for supplying cold water drawn in from outside through a main cold water supply pipe, a central heat exchanger(20) which heats the cold water supplied through the water supply pipe using thermal media, a standing hot water supply pipe(30) which supplies hot water from the central heat exchanger through a main hot water supply pipe, a remaining water heating heat exchanger(40) which conducts the hot water branched from the standing hot water supply pipe into a heating source, a standing circle pipe which circulates the heating source discharged from the remaining water heating heat exchanger to the central heat exchanger, mixed water control valves which discharge mixed water of hot and cold water branched from the standing hot and cold water supply pipes, mixed water pipes for delivering the mixed water, a circulating water pipe(80) for circulating the water remaining in the mixed water pipes, a circulating water pump which draws in the remaining water of the mixed water pipes and supplies the remaining water to the remaining water heating heat exchanger, a remaining water temperature sensor which detects the temperature of the circulated remaining water, and a controller which controls the operation of the circulating water pump to conduct the heated remaining water to the mixed water control valves. |
