PURPOSE: A sheet for heating, a heating pan and a heating set, are provided to tightly shut oil, smoke, moisture, and smell food stuffs using heat radiation from a heating source. CONSTITUTION: A sheet for heating comprises a heat-resistant resin film which a heat source penetrates. The sheet for the heating cooking is arranged on a container(21) for the heating cooking in order to cover an opened upper side of the container for the heating cooking accepting cooking material(31). The cooking material is baked using thermal radiation from 'the heating source installed at an upper side. |
