PURPOSE: A helium filled balloon type wind power generator controlled by two cables is provided to control an angle between a helium filled balloon and wind by controlling the rate of the lengths of two cables. CONSTITUTION: A helium filled balloon type wind power generator controlled by two cables comprises a helium filled balloon(100), a wind turbine(110), a control cable(120), a power cable(130), a control winch(140), a power winch(150), and a ground fixing plate(160). The helium filled balloon has floating power. A through unit is formed in the center of the helium filled balloon. The wind turbine is installed in the through unit of the helium filled balloon. The control and power cables are connected to the helium filled balloon. The ground fixing plate fixes the control and power winches to the ground and is rotated depending on a wind direction. The control and power winches control the length rate of the control and power cables. |
