PURPOSE: A reply recommendation system using virtual value lists, system, web server, and web service system are provided to recommend a specific reply using the virtual value lists. CONSTITUTION: A control module(110) calculates each estimation index of each reply corresponding to content. A recommendation module(120) receives the amount of the virtual value index and recommendation requests about the reply from a user terminal(10). An exposure module(130) determines the display sequence of one or more replies. A payment module(140) provides a payment user interface to the user terminal.
