PURPOSE: A curtain type riverside ballpark safety fence apparatus for equipping a water control function is provided to prevent the safety accident and remove a disturbance element by pulling up mesh at a curtain shape through the operation of winding device. CONSTITUTION: A curtain type riverside ballpark safety fence apparatus for equipping a water control function comprises a support frame(10), a mesh(20), a wire(30) and a winding device(40). The support frame comprises a vertical portion(11) and a horizontal portion(12). In the mesh, the upper end is fixed to the horizontal portion of the support frame and is composed in order that the lower part than the top end portion is lifted according to the vertical portion of the support frame.
