PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing HMG-CoA recucatase inhibitor and ibesartan is provided to improved release rate and stability. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition of bilayered tablet comprises: a first layer containing irbesartan or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a second layer containing HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and basic additives. The HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor is rosuvastatin, lovastatin, atorvastatin, pravastatin, fluvastatin, pitavastatin, simvastatin, rivastatin, cerivastatin, velostatin, mevastatin, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, precursor, or mixture thereof. |
