DOUBLE PIEZO-INKJET PRINTER HEAD

PURPOSE: A double piezoelectric inkjet printer head is provided to perform rapid drive and ink ejection by preventing the clogging of a nozzle by applying large wave energy to the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A double piezoelectric inkjet printer head comprises an upper piezoelectric device(10), a first actuator part, an ink chamber(30), a second actuator and a lower piezoelectric device(50). The upper piezoelectric device is inserted into a first upper electrode(12) and a first lower electrode(14). The first actuator part is arranged in the lower of the first lower electrode and is composed of a vibration plate(20). The ink chamber is filled with ink. The second actuator forms the lower part of the ink chamber. The second actuator serves as to a nozzle plate(40) formed in the direction faced with the vibration plate. The lower piezoelectric device is inserted into a second upper electrode and a second lower electrode around a nozzle(45) located on the lower part of the nozzle plate.
