<p>PURPOSE: A rotor blade for wind generation is provided to efficiently generate power even at a low wind speed by forming a weight inside a blade. CONSTITUTION: A rotor blade for wind generation comprises blades(10) and a hub(30). A connection shaft(20) is formed in one end of each blade and is installed in the hub. A guide groove(12) is formed inside each blade. A spherical weight(14) is installed inside each guide groove and is moved depending on the position of the blades. The hub has an inner space for accepting the connection shafts. Fixing units(32) and bearings for fixing and rotating the connection shafts are formed in the hub.</p>
