PURPOSE: A metal resin plate and manufacturing method thereof is provided that the mixing uniformity of metal powder and thermosetting resin according to each position and each thickness and the hardness and the uniformity of porosity are guaranteed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal resin plate comprises the following steps. The metal powder, the thermosetting resin, and the hardener corresponding to the composition of the metal resin plate are prepared, the mixer is prepared. In the main component the metal powder 60~90% and the thermosetting resin 10~40% and the hardening agent 0.2~5% to a main composition of 100% is mixer, it is mixed in the vacuum condition. After the mixture is inserted in the mold, it hardens with drying, the molded article is manufactured, and the groove is formed in the molded product.
