PURPOSE: An empty shell producing method and a manufactured empty shell is provided to prevent the blocking of a branch hole by forming an empty shell through the assembling of the fire module mounting portion and an outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An empty shell producing method comprises the following steps. The block-shaped base material is cut. The outer cylinder having an opened upper is manufactured. A joining hole(11) is cut in the bottom of the outer cylinder and an empty shell(10) is manufactured(S10). In order that a fire module mounting groove(21) opened to bottom is formed, a cylinder is manufactured. A plurality of branch holes(22) is formed in the circumference of cylinder and a fire module mounting container is manufactured(S20). The fire module mounting container is combined in the joining hole of the empty shell container and the empty shell(100) is manufactured(S30).
