摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a solid catalyst for ethylene polymerization is provided to obtain an ethylene polymer which has high apparent density, uniform particle distribution, and narrow distribution of molecular weight due to the high polymerization activity and the superior catalyst shape thereof. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a solid catalyst for ethylene polymerization comprises: a step obtaining a magnesium compound solution(a) by reacting a magnesium compound and an alcohol under the presence of a hydrocarbon solvent; a step obtaining magnesium compound solution(b) containing silicon by reacting the magnesium compound solution(a) and silicon compound including an alkoxy group and an ether compound containing more than two ether group in a main chain; a step reacting the magnesium compound solution(b) containing silicon by adding an alkylaluminum compound at -30°C-0°C; a step adding a titanium compound to the mixture at -20°C-20°C; a step obtaining titanium solid catalyst by slowly rising the temperature of the mixture to 50-130°C in 10 minutes - 5 hours and agitating at 50-130°C for 10 minutes - 5 hours.
