PURPOSE: A sterilizing/filtering device by blowing and suction is provided to perform sterilization and disinfection using infrared rays and anion. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing/filtering device by blowing and suction comprises a blowing unit(100) and a suction unit(200). The blowing unit comprises a blower(110), a first support(120), an inner duct(130), an outer duct(140), a honeycomb(160), and a second support(180). The honeycomb is located on the lower part of the inner duct to rectify the flow of air downward. The suction unit comprises a honeycomb(210), a third support(220), a suction duct(230), a connecting pipe(240), a vacuum suction member(250), a height control unit(260), and a control unit(270). Air blowing from the blowing unit passes through the honeycomb.
