PURPOSE: A bicycle transfer incentive providing system is provided to prevent environment pollution by reducing waste gas rates. CONSTITUTION: An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag(100) is installed on a bicycle. An RFID reader(220) is installed the one side of a flap door(210) at an entrance gate(200). The operating server of a traffic operation center manages registration information including the payment information of the RFID tag and identity information. The operation server settles payments through the payment information of the RFID tag. The operation server is interlocked with a database. The database stores incentive information according to the use of a bicycle. |
