A SCRIBER APPARATUS OF ECCENTRIC COMPENSATION

PURPOSE: An eccentric compensating type scribing apparatus is provided to smoothen the cut side of a substrate and to easily cut the small round shape of the substrate by installing a eccentric compensating heat unit. CONSTITUTION: An eccentric compensating type scribing apparatus includes a holder shaft(3a), a wheel holder(3), an axial shaft holder(13), and a head unit(20). The head unit includes a first inner diameter part(20a), a second inner diameter part(20b), a cutting part(20c), and a fastening hole(20d). The holder shaft is fixed to the first inner diameter part through a bearing(9). An axial shaft(13a) is inserted into the second inner diameter part. The cutting part adjusts the inner diameter of the second inner diameter part. The fastening hole fastens a bolt to the lateral center part of the cutting part. The central axis line of a first inner diameter part of the head unit is eccentrically separated from the central axis line of a second inner diameter part of the head unit in order to compensate the eccentric amount of a wheel and the holder shaft.
