PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing leaves or fruits of Phellodendron amurense RUPR. is provided to prevent or treat atopic dermatitis, dandruff, and alopecia. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition is prepared by mixing 5-20 wt% of Phellodendron amurense RUPR. fruit and 80-95 wt% of soju for fruit wine and fermenting for 2-18 months. The pharmaceutical composition is used for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis, nervousness, dandruff, and alopecia. The composition is manufactured in the form of a cream.
