PURPOSE: A dual fusion blade for manufacturing plastic gloves and a plastic-gloves manufacturing device are provided to prevent the fused part of plastic gloves from becoming easily damaged even if cook actively moves his hands, since the edge of the plastic gloves is fused by the dual fusion blade. CONSTITUTION: A dual fusion blade(41) for manufacturing plastic gloves comprises a cutting blade(411) and a bonding blade(412). The fusion blade is formed in a form of hands. The cutting blade fuses and cuts the edge of the plastic gloves. The bonding blade is located in the cutting blade. The bonding blade forms a bonding unit, which is separated from the edge of the plastic gloves. The cutting blade and the bonding blade have a gap, which is formed by a blade separating space(413).
