PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a vehicle tire and tread housing and green tire manufacturing device for vehicle tire manufacturing are provided to improve uniformity by preventing a tread part to be overlapped. CONSTITUTION: A basic semi finished product is prepared by wiring an inner liner, a carcass, and a sidewall to a band drum. A first belt and a second belt are attached to a slash type first belt drum and a slash type second belt drum. Tread+3 belts are inserted in the outer center part of a second belt layer. The second belt layer is combined inside a tread(21). A first belt layer is attached inside the second belt layer. A main semi-product is prepared. The main semi-product is combined between both bead bundles.
