PURPOSE: A second stage compound polymer dissolution apparatus is provided to improve the dehydrate efficiency of a spin dryer and the cohesion of a setting pond by dissolving powder polymer. CONSTITUTION: A first stage high speed compound system(20) prevents an aggregation phenomenon of powder polymer and blend water. The first stage high speed compound system blends the powder polymer and the blend water into a gel shape. A second stage low speed dissolution system(50a) dissolves high concentration polymer(109a) and diluted water(103a) of the gel shape. A whirlpool inducing pipe is installed between an inflow chamber and a discharge chamber.
