摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE: A method for surface expression of protein or peptide fragment using E.coli is provided to prevent E.coli apoptosis and to stably attach human lactoferricin on cell surface. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant plasmid is used for E.coli surface expression of human lactoferricin with an antibacterial activity. A recombinant E.coli expressing human lactoferricin peptide on the surface is prepared by transforming with the recombinant plasmid. The recombinant plasmid expresses by linking lipoprotein signal peptide and outer membrane protein for preventing apoptosis of E.coli in case of expressing the human lactoferricin in a microorganism.</p> |
