PURPOSE: A roasting iron plate and cooking device is provided to spread lard on a first bottom surface using an inclined plane of a first bottom surface. CONSTITUTION: A roasting iron plate comprises a bottom part, a border(120), and a first oil discharge part. The upper side of the bottom part divides into a first floor side and a second floor side. The border is projected on the upper side of the bottom part. The border compartmentalizes the bottom part into the first and second floor sides. A part of the first floor side is bored to have a first oil discharge part so that oil is exhausted to the first floor side.
