PURPOSE: A memory buffer having accessible information after a program-fail is provided to store specific information after a program fail event by storing the specific information during program operation. CONSTITUTION: In a memory buffer having accessible information after a program-fail, information is transmitted to a memory controller(310). The information is inputted into the memory controller(320). A busy signal is offered to a memory controller(330). The information maintains in the memory buffer(340). The pass or the failure of the program is determined(350). A wire command is generated from a buffer(370). The information stored in the memory buffer is inputted in a memory array(380). A program completion is issued in the host(360).
