PURPOSE: A compound containing photopolymerizable functional groups and a photopolymerizable acrylic adhesive composition are provided to ensure proper curing density. CONSTITUTION: A compound containing photopolymerizable functional groups is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound comprises: a step of reacting isocyanate-containing monomers of chemical formula 2 with hydroxy group-containing monomers of chemical formula 3 to prepare a primary product of chemical formula 4; and a step of reacting the primary product of chemical formula 4 and aziridine group-containing monomer of chemical formula 5.
