PURPOSE: A vibration sponge having a rotation and waving movement function is provided to enable users to evenly spread cosmetic powder on every site on the face. CONSTITUTION: A vibration sponge having a rotation and waving movement function comprises the following: a sponge supporter(11) including a sponge supporting surface; a rotation and waving movement function generator(20) connected to the sponge supporter; a vibration motor(30) vibrating the sponge supporter; and a case(50) for storing the rotation and waving movement function generator and the vibration motor. The rotation and waving movement function generator includes a pressing ball connected to the sponge supporter, a connection shaft connected to the pressing ball, and a rotation unit.
