PURPOSE: A color temperature controllable LED lamp and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement various color temperature by adding a process of adjusting color temperature. CONSTITUTION: A color temperature controllable LED lamp and a manufacturing method thereof are comprised of steps: mounting an LED chip(100) in a lead frame; electrically connecting the LED chip and the lead frame; coating a filler including a first fluorescent material(300); calculating an LED array; and coating a filler including a second fluorescent material in the LED module.
