PURPOSE: A network therapy system and a therapy method using thereof are provided to maximize a therapy effect, and to enable users to economically receive therapy treatment. CONSTITUTION: A network therapy system comprises the following: a personal therapy apparatus(100) including more than two therapy devices selected from the group consisting of a light therapy device(130) having a light therapy function using the color and the brightness of light, a sound therapy device(140) having a sound therapy function, and an aroma therapy device(150) having a therapy function using scents; and an integration server(300) performing the data processing, analysis, and saving by data transmitting with the personal therapy apparatus. The personal therapy apparatus additionally includes a controller(120), a memory, and a communications module(160). |
