PURPOSE: A blowing shaping device of a container with cells is provided to enable the inner spaces of a container to be communicated with each other since a through-hole unit is formed on the wall of the container through the boring unit of a post-processing zone. CONSTITUTION: A blowing shaping device of a container with cells comprises a blowing zone(140). The blowing zone comprises a mold(M), a stretching rod(141), an air blower, a resisting member(145). The mold is located on the outer surface of pre-form(30). The pre-form comprises an opening and spare cells. The spare cell is divided by a spare wall. The stretching rod is put into the spare cells of the pre-form. The air blower injects air through the opening of the pre-form. The resisting member goes back according to the stretching of the pre-form in a state of pressing the opposite bottom of the opening of the pre-form.
