PURPOSE: A signal processing method and a signal processing apparatus are provided to secure the number of channels by differently establishing sampling frequency according to each signal band. CONSTITUTION: Measurement signals are provided to multiplexer through a sample and a hold(S110). The sample and the hold provide an input signal to a corresponding channel of the multiplexer by provisionally maintaining the input signal(S120). A serial multiplex signal is able to be changed into the converted signal of an analog signal type or a digital signal type for serially transferring in real-time. The digital signal is transformed into digital data by an analog-digital converter. The serial multiplex signal and/or the converted signal are serially transmitted(S160). A transmitted serial multiplex signal and a transmitted serial multiplex signal are de-multiplexed by an inverse multiplexer.
