PURPOSE: A steering wheel for a retractor is provided to reduce entire weight by removing a separate elastic member for fixing a retractor. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel for a retractor comprises a housing, a rotator(120) and a locking part(140). The rotator is accepted to the inner structure of the housing. The rotator is pivotally located on the coaxial of a hinge axis. The hanging piece projected to outside is formed on the outer circumference of the rotator. The locking part reciprocates within a locking position and an unlocked position. The locking position restricts the rotation space of the locking part. The unlocking location is separated from the locking position and is located out of the rotation space of the locking part. The locking part prevents the rotation of rotator by being located in the locking position.
