PURPOSE: A method and device for manufacturing a PE sewer pipe for saving raw materials, improving combining force, and coating an inside circumference are provided to prevent the separation of connecting member and a profile due to pressure and thermal expansion coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A method and device for manufacturing a PE sewer pipe for saving raw materials, improving combining force, and coating an inside circumference are as follows. Multiple hollow portions(12) are formed with hollow or cross reinforcing supports. External and internal blocking projections(14,15) are formed one side of a profile in order to from a space in which PE resin is not supplied. An internal coating portion is formed on the lower part of the external diameter of the profile. The extruded profile is frozen in a cooler. The perforated profile is spirally provided to a winding device. PE resin is fused in a second extruder and is supplied to the external diameter space of the profile. An internal connection member is provided by supplying PE resin to the inside diameter space of the profile from a third extruder.
