PURPOSE: A pretreatment and test apparatus for detecting bacteria in drinking water is provided to quickly isolate and concentrate bacteria from a liquid phase. CONSTITUTION: A pretreatment and test apparatus for detecting bacteria comprises: a pretreatment part(100) which generated photoreaction of bacteria by inputting measuring samples and reaction samples and concentrating bacteria contained in the measuring sample; and a measuring unit(200) which measures luminescence by the photoreaction of the bacteria and detecting the amount of the bacteria in the sample .
