PURPOSE: A solar collector is provided to protect a ferrule from concentrated sunlight by employing a ferrule protection window installed in a focusing lens unit. CONSTITUTION: A solar collector comprises a collector body(10), a collecting lens(20) which is installed on one side of the collector body and collect sunlight, and a focusing lens unit(40) which is installed on the other side of the collector body and focuses the sunlight collected through the collecting lens on optical fiber(100) connected to the collector body. A tempered glass(30) is installed on the upper side of the collector body and contacts the collecting lens. The focusing lens unit comprises a focusing lens unit body, a focusing lens, a ferrule, and a ferrule protection window.
