PURPOSE: A mat for practicing golf is provided to enable users to easily attach and detach artificial grasses to the mat for replacing the worn out artificial grasses. CONSTITUTION: A mat for practicing golf comprises the following: an upper plate(100) for planting artificial grasses, including a first combining unit(210) on the bottom; and a base plate(300) including a second combining unit(220) detachably combining with the first combining unit. The first and second combining units are velcro tapes. The upper plate is produced with a synthetic resin material.
