PURPOSE: A blowing shaping device of a container with cells is provided to reduce the failure ratio of a container even if production speed increases, since the resisting member of a blowing zone goes back according to the stretching of pre-form. CONSTITUTION: A blowing shaping device(B) of a container(C) with cells comprises a heating unit(133), a heating zone(130), and a blowing zone(140). The heating unit heats pre-form(30). The pre-form comprises an opening(35) and spare cells. The spare cell is divided by spare walls. The air cooling unit(135) of the heating zone is used for uniformly heating the pre-form. The air blower of the bowing zone injects air through the opening of the pre-form.
