FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: parameters of passive multielement two-terminal networks are measured while powering a measuring circuit, which has a standard single-element two-terminal network connected in series to the measurement object, with pulsed voltage which varies according to a function of the N-th power of time, via N-fold differentiation of the voltage of supply pulses and potential drop on the multielement two-terminal network, measuring at an arbitrary moment in time after the transient process values of voltage of the supply pulse and voltage across the measured two-terminal network, as well as voltage across the outputs of differentiating RC-links in both channels, calculating quotients from dividing quantities measured in corresponding points of both differentiators, determining generalised parameters of the measured multielement two-terminal network and based on the obtained values of generalised parameters of the measured two-terminal network, electric parameters of said two-terminal network are calculated. ^ EFFECT: broader functionalities and high accuracy of measurements, simplification and unification of the procedure of calculating parameters of measurement objects. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
