FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a complex of active substances consisting of a salt of o-acetylsalicylic acid with basic amino acid and glycine, with average particle size of not less than 100 mcm. Said complex is obtained using a method according to which o-acetylsalicylic acid and a basic amino acid quickly bond in water or in a water-miscible organic solvent at temperature lower than or equal to 40C. The homogeneous mixture is then cooled to 5-10C. Cooled acetone and a cooled suspension of glycine in a water-alcohol mixture are then simultaneously added, stirred for at least 1 hour at temperature not higher than 5C, followed by extraction of the crystallisation product. ^ EFFECT: high stability and possibility of use in medicine. ^ 10 cl, 1 tbl, 3 dwg, 1 ex |
