摘要 <p>The invention relates to the method and equipment for shear deformation of rigid, highly porous foam materials, as well as to the method and device for determination of shear displacement of aforementioned materials. The offered shear deformation equipment consists of two U-profile supports (1) with such a wall thickness that insures occurrence of nopealing of the sample (2) from the supports during deformation. In the offered shear deformation method the adapters (3) prior to their attaching to the supports are modified in such a way that the action line of the external force is directed through the longitudinal axis of the sample parallel to it, when samples of different thickness are tested. The offered device for determination of shear displacement consists of extensometer (12), e.g. MTS model 632.11C-20, the extensions (16) of which measuring legs (14) are made in such a way that their plane of movement is parallel to the deformation plane ZOY, and displacement is being determined on the sample (2).</p>
