FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for production of cancerogenic safe oil. According to the procedure oil raw stock is prepared from crude oil by its vacuum refining and successive vacuum residue propane de-asphaltisation. Further, raw stock is subjected to extraction at presence of selective solvent forming the first raffinate and the first extract solutions. The first extract solution is cooled till there are formed the second raffinate and second extract solutions. Selective solution is further distilled from the second raffinate solution producing second raffinate oil. During cooling the first extract solution temperature of the second raffinate solution is maintained at 5-20C below temperature of extraction of the first raffinate and extract solutions, while temperature of the second extract solution is maintained at 5-30C below the temperature of the second raffinate solution. ^ EFFECT: raised output and quality of produced oil. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex, 1 tbl |
