PURPOSE: A cupping apparatus for safely radiating a laser is provided to prevent the generation of safety accidents by the laser, and to improve the efficiency of a cupping treatment. CONSTITUTION: A cupping apparatus for safely radiating a laser comprises the following: a cupping glass(10) including an opened lower side, and an air outlet on the upper side; a supporter(40) in a flat plate shape, installed inside the cupping glass; a radiation unit(20) including a laser module radiating the laser, and combining with the lower side of the supporter; a controlling substrate(50) controlling the radiation of the laser of the laser module by the pressure of the internal space of the cupping glass; and an automatic shut down valve(60) opening and closing the air outlet.
