PURPOSE: A root plant fermentation method for increasing the content of ginsenoside is provided to change monosaccharides in root plants into polysaccharides by nanotizing. CONSTITUTION: A root plant fermentation method for increasing the content of ginsenoside comprises the following steps: boiling root plants at the temperature lower than 80 deg C in a vacuum condition for 18 hours, aging the root plants for 6 hours, and repeating the process for 7 days to obtain an undiluted solution; firstly nanotizing the undiluted solution for 24 hours using low frequency waves and high frequency waves; injecting bacillus subtilis into the undiluted solution for cultivating at 20-35 deg C, and firstly fermenting the mixture for 4-5 days before sterilizing at 80-85 deg C: repeating the previous steps by using lactobacillus and bacillus mixed strains, yeast and aspergillus strains, and bifidus and vulgaris mixed strains; and low-molecularizing the fermented undiluted solution for 24 hours. |
