PURPOSE: A rear door switching unit a pressure sensor is provided to be operated with a small power through the driving force of a driving unit when manually switching a rear door. CONSTITUTION: A rear door switching unit a pressure sensor comprises a housing(20), a driving unit(30), a rotating unit(40), a joint unit, a converting unit(41), a pressure sensor(70) and a control unit(80). The housing is pivotally combined between a car body and a rear door in one place. The driving unit is arranged within the housing and generates the torque. The rotating unit receives the torque of the driving unit and is revolved. The joint unit is combined with the converting unit and moves straight line with the converting unit. The joint is pivotally combined in the other place which is not combined with the housing between the car body and the rear door. The converting unit is connected to the rotating unit and changes the rotational motion of the rotating unit to the linear motion. The pressure sensor senses the pressure delivered with the rotating unit and generates the signal according to the change of pressure.
