PURPOSE: A complex holder of a vehicle for an electronic device is provided to easily change the installation position of the holder depending on vehicle environment by installing a mounting unit in a front glass or a dash board of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A complex holder(1) of a vehicle for an electronic device comprises first and second holding units(10,20), a mounting unit(30), and a fastening unit(40). The first holding unit has a first connection member(13), and the second holding unit has a second connection member(23). The second connection member is coupled to the first connection member. The mounting unit fixes the holder to a front glass or a dashboard of a vehicle. The fastening unit connects the first holding unit to the mounting unit.
