PURPOSE: An operating power supply method of a digital input/ analog input signal input module, a device thereof, and a signal transmitting method thereof are provided to use a separate charging/discharging unit, thereby generating and storing operating power without a separate external power supply line. CONSTITUTION: A power generating and supplying unit(110) converts an obtaining target site signal into the operating power of a DI/AI signal processing unit(105). The power generating and supplying unit supplies the converted obtaining target site signal to the DI/AI signal processing unit. The DI/AI signal processing unit obtains a site signal. The DI/AI signal processing unit transmits a site signal to a control module or a computer.
