PURPOSE: An open-cut type bed filtration-based reverse washing apparatus and an open-cut type bed filtering system including the same are provided to effectively prevent a clogging phenomenon from a bed by separately back washing the upper side of the bed. CONSTITUTION: An open-cut type bed filtration-based reverse washing apparatus includes a screen back washing part and an upper back washing part. The screen back washing part is installed at the lower side of a bed(4). The screen back washing part is installed around a screen(110) which is in connection with a water collecting bath(120) and sprays a back washing source toward the screen through a first nozzle. The upper back washing part is installed on the upper side of the bed and sprays the back washing source toward the bed through a second nozzle.
