PURPOSE: An electric-powered disk brake is provided to transfer the torque of a motor without amplification or deceleration ratio by having an internal gear in a reducer. CONSTITUTION: An electric-powered disk brake comprises first and second friction pads(11, 12), a caliper housing(20) and a pessure device(40). The pressure device comprises a piston(41), a spindle unit(42), a reducer(50) and a motor(60). The piston is movably in the caliper housing in order to press or release the first friction pad. The spindle unit moves the piston. The reducer is connected on the spindle unit in the coaxial. The reducer comprises a sun gear(51), a plurality of planetary gears(52) and an internal gear(53). The sun gear is connected to the shaft of the motor. A plurality of planetary gears is engaged with the sun gear. The internal gear is engaged with the planetary gears and transfers the torque of the motor without amplification or deceleration ratio to a spindle member(44). The motor rotates the reducer forward and back.
