PURPOSE: A hinge assembly for a cellular phone is provided to reduce restoring impact while restoring an adopted spring. CONSTITUTION: A second guide lever(132) which is combined to a second guide combining unit to slide is formed on a center block(130). One end of a wire type first elastic member(140) is combined to a first circulation block(110). Another end of the wire type first elastic member is combined to one side of the main body(133). One end of a wire type second elastic member(150) is combined to a second circulation block(120). Another end of the wire type second elastic member is combined to another end of the body.
