PURPOSE: A bottom material for an aquarium based on natural materials and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to deodorize a fish smell of water and to promote the growth of fish and water plants using zeolite, bentonite, and tourmaline. CONSTITUTION: A bottom material for an aquarium based on natural materials includes 45 weight% of zeolite, 40 weight% of bentonite, 3 weight% of tourmaline, and 12 weight% of purified water. The bottom material is formed into granules of 0.5-1mm, granules of 1-3mm, and granules of 3-7mm. A method for manufacturing the bottom material includes the following: The zeolite, the bentonite, the tourmaline, and the purified water are mixed and kneaded in a mixer(S10). The mixture is transferred using a first transferring conveyor(S12). The transferred material is formed into a sphere form. The shaped material is transferred to a plasticizing part using a second transferring conveyor(S30). The transferred material is plasticized at a temperature between 700 and 800 degrees Celsius. The plasticized material is classified.
